Y-wing Starfighter measures 43.2cm long by 17.8cm wide!
The fighter features an opening front cockpit, angling control panel in main cockpit, rear gunner station, postionable upper cannons, droid compartment for R2-D2, opening aft compartment to store lightsabres and a missile launcher in the lower hull.
The missiles is one of the rubber tipped missiles with launcher - the same type as found in 2008's 7675 AT-TE Walker. However, through an extension mechanism the firing control comes out in the droid compartment. You place R2 on the firing stud and by pushing him towards the aft, the missile fires.
You get three figures with the kit. The first two are reissues, the Clone Wars Anakin and Ahsoka, both armed with their trademark lightsabres. R2-D2 is a new figure and now sports a grey dome (like the one in 2008's 10188 Death Star) but he has Clone Wars style decals on his body and dome.
The Y-Wing is 42.5 cm long (from forward gun tip to aft thruster vectral), 18.5 cm wide (from port to starboard engine) and 8.5 cm tall (from base to top of gunner station dome).
The kit comprises 555 pieces (not including figures, weapons and missile), there are 2 decals to apply and construction time is about 30 minutes.
A brilliant starfighter and a must have for any Republic Army.
